It would be useful to me to be able to show an offer to a customer who has not registered an account. Even though a customer may not be eligible for an offer it would be useful to be able to promote the availability of the offer to encourage them to register and then become eligible.

if the promotion off gets triggered but the requirements are net yet met, there should be a setting i can turn on that show the prices at promotion discount even if the requirements are not met yet

The success message below the promotion field is different between the cart page and cart drawer. Is it possible to align between the two sections??
