Once we manually apply discounts on the Shopify platform, all ad channels can sync the discounts and show them on products. As a result, customers convert more than our competitors. However, Discount Ninja only allows us to show discounts on the website, and it does not sync with all channels. If anyone knows the solutions, let us know. When logged in to the back end, an admin user is able to create orders on behalf of the customer. At the moment, any discounts that the customer would receive are not applied to backend created draft orders. It would be good to be able to create a basked for the customer so they can check out.

We have Collections with products that are tagged in Shopify. It would be a powerful feature if after selecting a collection you can then add the tags to further filter and target the products in the Collection. Even better if we could add a promotion to products tagged. For example We have different Shirts on different collections. If instead of creating a collection for Shirts I just add a promotion to all products tagged Shirts that would save me from creating a collection for only one promotion. I'm creating a promo with 2 offers and customized the blocks for 1 offer, assuming it would show for the other, also, since they're both triggered by the same promo code. Offering maximum customization, i.e. diff blocks per offer is neat, but I really would like to be able to set up a simple 20% off + gift w/ purchase promo in less than 2 hours, and it takes a very long time to go through every customization for color, radius, placement, text, etc. and then discover I have to do the same for each offer. Request: a default set of building blocks that we can customize with our preferred colors and placement, and then apply to the promos &/or offers going forward.

It would be great to have pagination or the ability to display more codes at a time within the Promotion Codes tab. Currently, only 100 codes are shown at once, and since we manage over 2,000 codes, it requires numerous clicks to navigate and locate the latest codes after generating new ones. This process is both tedious and time-consuming. Implementing pagination or increasing the number of codes displayed per page would greatly enhance usability and efficiency.

If we have a store that is specific to our UK / Euro market, it would be nice if we could select a currency specific to the promotion. If we can geo-target markets when making a promo specific to the UK or to the EU then also showing an option to run the promo in either pounds or euros would make the platform much better for us with this region. This would allow us to run a promo that suggests UK users receive 10 pounds off and EU users receive 20 euros off. Currently, it auto resorts to the stores default currency and creates a exchange rate experience for the other currency. This is not a great UX for our customers. We also see promo apps with the ability to select currencies along with markets when creating promos. If DN has the ability for us to select a market why not have the ability to also select a currency? We're currently roadblocked with our entire market there due to this missing from the DN toolset.

When there is a Sale on a Sale the item just shows one discount. The customer does not know the original price was marked down and then marked down again. It would be great to show all price markdowns to give the customer the full picture.

Hello - I would really appreciate an update that would allow one promotion to be made with dozens of products within a collection. I would need multiple discount tiers but you would need to hit 5 of a specific item to get it. Not a mix and match type of situation like it is now.

Provide a callback to allow dynamic pricing to be updated when using custom AJAX calls with change product information. This will help in scenarios where multiple products are linked via metaobjects and called from single page.

Basically I want to sell a group of products like a kit at a discounted price or offer. So the customer selects the BUNDLE item and it puts the individual items in the cart at the discount off cart total price. Here is how I see it working. I would have a Shopify product that is set up as NOT A PHYSICAL PRODUCT. Nice images of Grouping and Special Group Pricing. You would have a RULE buy A get B,C,D,etc… ('A' would be the Dummy product in step 1) You would have a second Rule when A,B,C,D is in the cart together discount A by 100% and the cart by $ When you transfer items for check out A would not go it would get dropped from the cart. B,C,D etc would still get cart discount If they happen to go back the Cart would hold their price as long as B,C,D, etc where still all together in the cart. (The reason we do not want to just sell a single line item of the kit has to do with the fulfillment side. We still need to pick the individual items and account for them as normal.)
