In Klaviyo, we have the option to send out a price drop notification email, triggered when a product lowers in price and sent to customers who have previously browsed or shopped the product. Right now, this event only triggers when the price is manually lowered in Shopify, not when we discount an item through Discount Ninja. We request a Klaviyo integration in the form of an API event that triggers whenever an item is discounted through Discount Ninja.

Be able to use discount ninja on Shopify POS

Our client uses the native Facebook intergration plugin which is not compatible with the Ninja platform. We need the ability to generate a product datafeed which includes the product level discounted offer prices. This datafeed will need to accomodate Google Shopping Feed & Facebook (Which also takes the GSF).

The discounted price set up by Discount Ninja cannot be crawled by Google & Facebook Feed, would you please help to enhancement this feature?
