It would be very useful to be able to select shipping methods in a shipping discount promotion via a keyword vs the dropdown list of exact names. i.e. instead the exact name: UPS Next Day Air® Many shipping platforms allow the company to create dynamic shipping names("WrestlingMart Overnight") If I could use some logic to say, include/exclude any shipping method that contains the word "overnight". This would allow me to create a promotion for "free shipping for orders over $50" but exclude any express shipping.

We want to create a free shipping discount that triggers based on a specific customer metafield.

I wish I could target audience in specific US states. As USA has different carrier rate zones in different states by zone, I wish I could set a different rate by states.
