Support for Shopify B2B Catalog Pricing

Catalogs (Catalog Pricing) are a relatively new feature that applies to B2B only, and is a subset of B2B customers. Catalogs give stores a very precice ability to carve out special pricing to specific Customers and Products. and they indeed render any other discounting void.
Discount Ninja needs to be able to access Catalog Pricing and be able to allow stores to disable Discount Ninja promotions that overlap with a catalog pricing SKU. for example... Business Company Customer Named Trek Supply nas a negotiated special price for 3 SKUs: MIXPAC_60011_AJ 600-01-10-06-US, MIXPAC_60011_AJ 600-01-10-06-US_115PK, and MIXPAC_60011_AJ 600-01-10-06-US_1840PK.
So for these 3 SKUs and this specific Company Customer, Discount ninja needs to turn off/disaple all applicable volume discount / campaigns. so that just the special catalog pricing is preserved.
