Unfortunately this is not supported.
The inverse is possible however: you can discount the first item (lowest value) 25% and the remainder 15%.
This is done as follows:
- Create a promotion
- Add a first offer for 25%; set the limit to 1
- Create a second offer for 15%

Hi, I need to make a 15% discount on 1st item and 25% on the 2d. The 15% will apply to the most expensive. For each additional item 25% will be applied. How to do it?
