I would like to raise a concern regarding the recurring inconsistencies we've been experiencing with the Gift With Purchase (GWP) feature in your app. Specifically, some freebies are not being automatically added to orders, which has led to confusion and an inconsistent customer experience.
According to your support team, the issue appears to stem from a compatibility conflict between DN and Shopify’s Automatic Discount feature. We understand the complexity this might involve, but we believe addressing this compatibility issue would greatly improve the reliability of the GWP functionality.
We would greatly appreciate it if this could be prioritized for resolution, as it would help ensure smoother order processing and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
