I need to set the max amount for discount. For example, if I created a rule discount 15% on the total cart, so I want this 15% discount to be cut from the total until it reaches a certain limit. Once it reaches this limit, the amount that will be cut of the total will change to a fixed amount.

I would like to implement a discount system that includes a cap on the maximum discount amount. For example, if the discount value is 10%, the discount cap would be a maximum of 100 rupees.
